Gastric sleeve

The gastric sleeve is a metabolic bariatric procedure in which 70 to 90% of the stomach is removed, managing to lose weight in relation to the new size of the stomach, resulting in a weight loss of up to 40 kg. In this procedure, recovery and reintegration into daily life takes longer.

Bariclip

Bariclip is a new procedure performed laparoscopically that uses a vertical barrier device to separate the stomach in two. The capacity is reduced to 10-30%, it is the part where the food passes and digests. The remaining 70 to 90% of the stomach is not removed or cut, nor is the anatomy or nutrient absorption altered. It is a completely reversible procedure.
